My experience was brief but very bad. I tried to make an appointment and called the corresponding number. On two consecutive days, the same person answered. I asked to speak with someone who spoke Spanish, or at least someone who could try to understand me since I only speak a little English. Every time I called, they supposedly transferred me to someone who "speaks Spanish", but in the end, they hung up on me. When I tried calling again, they didn't even answer and just hung up immediately. I definitely will not be going to this place.

Don't go there, the office is a mess. Twice they scheduled me in the wrong day, so I got to the office but it was closed. Called several times, they answer and say to wait a minute, put you on hold and never come back. The stress test was done by two women gossiping about their private lives. No respect for the patient. Dr. Moin prescribed medicines that made me sick and nurse never returned my calls. He wanted me to do a catheterization. After all this ordeal I didn't trust. I saw another cardiologist that did not confirm my need for a catheterization in the moment.

This doctor did a malpractice to my mom. I do not recommend this doctor. Is a bad doctor. My mom came to the Osceola regional with 2 block vain and this doctor did a perforation on a Heart artery so my mom is still with the same problem and he doesn't fix the problem. So now my mom is not a candidate for any surgery to fix her problem. This was the worse experience we had in ours life. Before the problem happens he was taking my mom insurance And after that they call me one day saing they don't take this insurance anymore. Just because he doesn't want to take care of her after he made the problem. So please be careful with this doctor and Osceola regional hospital.

I have a horrible experience! I have an appointment for 8:44, but the office was closed. Then they opened the doors at 9:00. After I go inside, no hand sanitizer. The office has no restrictions at all. All the seats were available for the patients. The office you can tell that they don't clean it at all. It doesn't smell like clean as other doctors office I have visited. On top of that the doctor wasn't even there. He came almost at 10:00. He saw me for a short period of time, didn't say much, was only taking notes. I don't recommend it him at all.

Horrible, they give you an appointment and the doctor doesn't show. Then they refuse to return your money. Staff is clueless. Phone rings and no one answers, even though 20+ people work there. Would not recommend.
