Your in patient rehab was great. The PT therapists are good at their job. Very caring and definitely had my husband's balance and strength improved in the 14 days he was there. Your doctors and PA' s were very attentive and helpful. The nurses were good. The only complaint I have is the food, that could have been more tuned in to the patient's needs. Good job to the Re hab team !!!

My experience was confusing and sad at first... as soon as I arrived at the facility, the receptionist completely ignored me. I was bleeding, and they made me wait even though there was practically no one else waiting. Besides that, they didn't even offer me a tissue to cover the blood on my hand... inside the emergency room, the staff seemed tired and bored with their jobs. The waiting time and the lack of communication between the different departments... nobody knows anything, or nobody cares to inform you, it's overwhelming. Once I got to the trauma floor where I was going to have surgery... I can only say a thousand thanks for their help and dedication. My two nurses were two wonderful angels, and in general, the staff was extremely kind and dedicated to their profession. Aside from my bad experience in the emergency room and the nearly seven hours I had to wait for a room because they were cleaning it (that's the explanation they gave me), I want to thank the nurses and doctors who operated on me and the trauma team. May God bless them and continue to give them the strength and special gift they possess.

I have trust issues with any doctor but this place is a dream come true!! Not only do they have a very nice, friendly and efficient staff, they have great experienced supervising Doctors to the incredible Resident Doctor's who are actually "caring", they listen and address all your concerns! Wow! Just Wow! They have restored my faith that good doctors still exist! At least, at this particular place!! Thank you so much! 20 stars wouldn't be enough! I feel cared for here!

I recently delivered my baby at 35 weeks at this hospital, and my overall experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in capable and caring hands. I want to especially highlight my surgeon, Dr. Kasper, whose expertise and professionalism exceeded every expectation. Although I was not originally his patient, having been transferred to the hospital, he accepted me without hesitation. He performed my C-section quickly and skillfully, and the results speak for themselves: my incision was nearly invisible, healed within days, and I experienced no pain afterward, even without taking any pain medication. His level of knowledge, confidence, and care made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Also my anesthesiologist, Maria, who placed the spinal, she's absolutely amazing, she did a fantastic job and I only felt a tiny pinch during the procedure.
The NICU team also deserves the highest praise. Every doctor and nurse who cared for my baby was attentive, compassionate, and thorough. In particular, the second attending doctor my baby had on November 25th ant 26th, Doctor Vitaliy Soloveychik, he showed extraordinary kindness and genuine concern for both my baby's and my well-being. When Dr. Soloveychik saw my baby he immediately said " we'll let him try to latch and see if he can eat on his own and we go from there" and when my baby succeeded, he was just as joyful as I was. Knowing my baby was in such dedicated hands provided immense comfort during a stressful time. He wanted the absolute best not only for baby but for mama as well. I 100% recommend him.
I also want to recognize the nursing staff on the postpartum floor. After my initial arrival, every nurse who cared for me was patient, thoughtful, and warm. Their support made my recovery smoother and helped me feel safe and cared for. The hospital meals were exceptional as well, far beyond what I expected from hospital food. And always on time.
That said, I believe it's important to mention two areas where improvements can be made. The first nurse who received me upon arrival was noticeably cold and curt. Though I do not remember her name, she was a Hispanic nurse working around 11:45 a.m. on November 20th in the labor and delivery, units, probably in her mid 50's, her demeanor added stress to an already overwhelming moment. Fortunately, every nurse afterward was wonderful and made up for that initial interaction.
Secondly, my postpartum room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Even one of the nurses commented that the room looked like a "war zone." Recovering from major surgery while also having to clean up after myself was difficult and disappointing. Addressing housekeeping consistency would greatly enhance the comfort of future patients.
Despite these concerns, the outstanding medical care my baby and I received, especially from Dr. Kasper and Dr.Vitaliy Soloveychik , made our experience truly memorable and overwhelmingly positive. I am deeply grateful to the staff who treated me and my baby with such expertise and compassion.

I wanted to leave a review to express my gratitude. My mom was here back in April before she passed away, and the care she received from the nurses and doctors was truly amazing.
I'll admit, I had my own opinions about this hospital before, but the compassion, professionalism, and kindness shown to my mom and to me and my family completely changed my perspective. Everyone treated us with respect and genuine care during such a difficult time.
A special thank you to Dr. Grewall for being straightforward, honest, and for offering such great advice.
Thank you to everyone for the outstanding care and compassion you provided it meant more than words can say.
