Yes, 5:30am, the door was closed and for about a minute we were outside ion front of the door with a big "question mark" over our heads, but other than that, the overall experience was good. All the staff was very professional (all well explained) and I don't have any complain.

We can not say enough about the great professional service from the Medical team here.
Being in the medical service industry the staff here is wonderful. And their concern, understand and explaining things was amazing.
We choose them for medical services as a part of the immigration process and they were excellent.
From the first call in speaking to the office manager Luana, to the front desk team, our nurse Millie and the doctor; it was first class all the way.
Thank you for being a fine medical office. From the moment you walk in the door you know you chose the right place!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!
My mom is diabetic, had a heart attack almost 3 weeks ago related to her diabetes. She needs refills for her insulin asap and can't reach the doctor. She has call everyday, several times a day and no one answers. I was able to "booked an appointment" online and the staff finally call. My mom explained everything that happen to her regarding being hospitalized and the urgency for the insulin refills, so the staff schedule a virtual appointment. The day of the appointment nobody called, not the staff, not the doctor, no one!!! My mom called several times, nothing again!
Through my dad's phone number, we we're able to book another appointment (because through my mom's phone we couldn't). The doctor's office called. My mom explained everything again and her frustration of not being able to reach her doctor. They didn't give any explanation for the bad service and just ask my mom to send copies of her hospitalization documents, and that they would call my mom back to give her a prescription for her refills and lab work. They NEVER CALLED BACK AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONES! It's unbelievable!
Definitely changing doctors

Worst patient care experience. Their office staff is simply not helpful. my wife has been treated for thyroid for the past 10 years through an endocrinologist specialist. dr. Gonzalez recommended that moving forward he be the Doctor Who cares for her condition. they were really bad At refilling prescriptions, and in communicating with the pharmacy. The last straw happened when my wife needed their help as an emergency when she ran out of the medication and her bloodwork had expired. the Office staff took 4 days to return her calls and told her there was nothing they could do for her. they refused to care for her after she demanded to speak to the doctor and mentioned that she was fed up and would need another doctor. They discarded her records and refused to care for her medically. Now she need to find a doctor without her medication which puts her health at risk. My wife called me crying and I went in to the office to try and find an alternative solution. My last resort was to plea for a more human and personal service and care from the doctor. Where has all that gone to??? When I disagreed with the way they do business and challenged what they say is their company policy . I suggested they make changes to the way they do business, and someone who was not branded as an employee of the company yelled from the back that they would call the police on me, If I did not leave immediately. Actually From reading a previous post I see that it is a common practice for them to kick people out of their offices who are less than content with their services. If other businesses did that as opposed to being helpful, businesses would lose many clients. I am confident that I was not disrespectful or insulting to anyone i was simply not content with the response and asked to speak to someone who could make a decision in the matter. I was told they had left and the so called supervisor had a less than positive willingness to assist. I did Voice my disagreement with the way they do business and gave feedback in their very flawed way of handling this situation. I also let them know that their service was less than acceptable when it relates to health and client relations. Mind you this doctor treats more than six members of my family and will ensure they all know the way my wife and I were treated by someone who is supposed to be a family doctor and care giver to us all. their lack of care for relationships with patients it's unbelievable I would highly recommend that you never visit this doctor as his management team has no idea on how to operate a business that builds long lasting relationships.

Although I love the care that Dr. Gonzalez provides when he is available, the fact that the availability of the staff or their website to give ANY follow up or feedback, get medications in a proper timeframe, or make an actual appointment for that matter, has proven unsuccessful. Something as important as blood pressure meds shouldn't be left to chance. It defeats the purpose of having a Primary Care provider if I have to end up in Emergency rooms or Urgent cares for temporary fixes to my chronic needs. I will unfortunately have to start searching for another provider. Actual bedside manner: A+, Accessibility to health care: F.
