Love Dr Raju!! He's very thorough and listened to my husband heart, as he's done for many years and said he was getting enough blood flow to the bottom of his heart. So he scheduled a heart cath and they found he had 3 blockages in his "widow maker"! Got him scheduled for surgery, Dr Nguyen did his surgery and did an amazing job!! Dr Nyugen's surgical team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AS WELL!! Dr Raju (and Dr Nguyen) saved my husband's life!!
In April 2018, I had an emergency wherein Dr. Raju put a stent in my LAD. He is a skilled surgeon and did a great job. However, the office here is almost run like an old Marx Brothers movie....everyone running around, no one can give you an answer, forms disappear into the ether, you get random calls from them about issues that you never called about and they tell you someone else's information (which I find very disturbing since that likely means they have shared my info with a stranger). There is no parking at the Kissimmee office, you literally are a number when you arrive, and no one has the five minutes to even look at your chart before talking to you, so you repeat yourself over and over and over and over. Ever read "The Trial" by Franz Kafka? That's this place. I have literally had to re-schedule a routine appointment with another provider for nearly two months now because this office cannot simply check a form with a "yes or no" at the bottom and fax back to my other provider. So here I sit with that same appointment canceled again because no one here could be bothered to respond. I call...voice prompt says "you need to send forms in writing, don't call us." But I DID!!! Multiple times!!! You're giving me another heart attack, for God's sake! (Thud......beeping stops) Dr. Raju is great. This office is a nightmare. Read "The Trial." It's good.
Excelente doctor. All test and study's came negative but he didn't give up on me and send me home. He concentrated on my symptoms and finally found a cognitive malformation that needed open heart surgery to be corrected.
This was the first time I met Dr. Raju and it was a very nice caring experience.
