There are not many reviews, but please do not ignore them. The patient care and concern in this office is non-existent. I waited 90 minutes on hold over three separate calls just to talk to someone in scheduling. Once I finally got someone, they would listen to absolutely nothing I said on the phone, had zero patience to understand a unique issue I'm having, and with no care and rudeness said we simply will not see you. I had already contacted my insurance directly because of a unique issue, they literally directed me to the office as the preferred provider, and said to just let them know everything is approved and they can call for verification. I never got the chance to explain, and scheduling essentially hung up on me. Please take your business elsewhere, the level of care and service that this office finds acceptable is not an experience worth dealing with when it comes to your health.

Dr. Lucio is a wonderful pulmonary doctor but he needs to change his staff desperately. You can never get anyone on the phone. You must leave a message to get an appointment, to schedule a test or talk to a nurse. My husband had an appointment a month ago and still hasn't been called back to schedule the test in spite of leaving 2 messages for the individual who sets up the tests. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered to set an appointment.

I am so disappointed with my experience with their customer care. I have been going to this pulmonology location for a decade but the customer service has been terrible of late. I. Have been suffering from a bad respiratory infection and hyper reaction with my asthma. I have had to continue calling all week just to try to get a live person on the phone and to get my xray results. Today for example, I was trying to reach out to provide an update for the doctor that in five days I have seen no improvement. I was told that I need to speak to the nurse. The nurse finally answered after a long wait and despite explaining that I was very short of breath, I was told to just let the medicine run its course for another three days and then call next week to get scheduled and be seen. I explained that I did not want to take a chance of being able to be taken as a walk in and needed the dr to know what was going on. Instead of communicating to the dr the nurse just connected me back to schedule. Waiting on the phone for 30 mins for someone to answer I was disconnected when Scheduling finally answered and had to call back again and wait another 30 mins. I was then told that my dr was out for the next two weeks and I could only be seen by a nurse next week. No other drs were available. I set an appt but again explained that I need to provide an update to a dr regarding my condition at the time. I was again told that I need to speak to the nurse. I explained that the person who answered at the nurse's station was not helping me and they sent me back to the same person at the station who again told me to wait until Monday and if I don't feel better then go to the ER. I again asked if they would please advise the dr and she yelled "Yes" at me and after I said ok she hung up on me.

The worst doctor office to get an appointment. The staff...scheduling and billing had me all day waiting for phone call just to schedule an appointment. All I want to do is pay for my visit. Because I have Ambetter and they don't accept it and they won't allowed me to self pay. It's ridiculous this is how they treat patients. Refuse to see me because I want to pay.
