Went to the office for a follow up as soon I I got there the receptionist was very attentive. I waited a few minutes then was brought in promptly by the medical assistant. She was polite and efficient. The Nurse practitioner came in within 5 minutes of me being in the room. She was very precise in explaining my results in terms that I understood. She was also very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Then Dr. Del Carpio came in did the follow up and addressed all the other concerns I had. Thank you so much for being such a great dr. and having such a wonderful staff.
