AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiology at 410 Celebration Place

i have had my appointments canceled just days in advance after having them booked for 6 months out just to have 4 times, 2 for one appointment and 2 for separate appointments. guess why? i am told either admin or meetings. but 4 times? if i didn't show up 4 times i would be fired and if i didnt show up to this doctor 4 times i am sure they would cancel me as a patient. and i've spoken to the office manager, i've gone all the way to the top more than once and then, they did it AGAIN. assured my appointments will be left- i am disabled and require scheduling rides to visits. it's been such a nightmare dealing with cardiology in general as i have had issues taken all the way to the cardio management and they still run it the same and do not value my time, healing or medical care. they truly could care less and i had more empathy and help from the weekend call service who had to check for me and see why and where my appointment went. they tried to put it off another month and it's like to what, make it round 5? i am so tired of the full time job it takes to maintain the appointments here. this is the only place in the world that's treated me this way, and i am chronically ill seeing multiple doctors. there's a MAJOR issue here. i gave them a year to solve this and just stop bc i didn't want to negatively review, but maybe a review will feel more pressing.

I cannot sing the praises of this practice enough! Dr. Moussa and Dr. Bhatti are top notch! They figured out my problem and I'm having a minimally invasive pacemaker put in to solve it. The skill and knowledge of the staff is remarkable. I have confidence knowing they are saving my life with my upcoming procedure.

I scheduled an appointment at this office over 2 months ago. I received a call the day before my appointment that they had just reviewed my chart and realized I was being seen by the wrong type of cardiologist provider. They then changed my appointment to a new time at an office less than 24 hours in advance. I couldn't make the new proposed time or location due to having less than 24 hours notice to give to my job. Now I have to wait until July to be seen, almost 5 months after my initial referral. Very unprofessional, horrible service. Not the first time something like this has happened to me with Advent Health. Definitely try and go somewhere else.

I personally don't think anyone at this location is professional or have any manners. They were being very sketchy from the jump. They told us we had to be there 45 mins early, one and half hrs before the initial appointment to fill out papers. This wasn't told to us before hand. When i called to cancel, they continuously hung up on me . After 30 mins of being on hold, an associate answered the phone with a very annoyed tone. We told her the situation, she seemed very nonchalant about it and then asked if we wanted to reschedule. After we said no she just hung up . Hopefully, they find workers who want to help people and act accordingly
