5 stars because you need to be aware. 1 star earned.. Wanted to see me every month. Couldn't get referrals approved. Told me to see their Dr and then they would fight for me to see my established cardiologist. Blamed it on my Optimum insurance. I know 2 of my established Drs have had issues getting some of their patients referrals approved through Dedicated Seniors. No one should have to deal with 4+ months of the games. I have new primary, Dedicated is refusing to send my records to my new primary. The new primary said they have NEVER had an issue with getting records sent to them until today!! I started with them last August and the issues started to surface in March. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.... PS... they make a very good first impression

Dr. Torres is one of the best doctors I have ever met . He is caring understanding and knowledgeable, great guy ! But unfortunate Dr. Torres has one of the worst assistant ,Judy who was arguing with me like a child for 30 minutes about 3 lines statement I need to have it for my traveling and she would not listen !!

Whenever I call the office Its frustrating A few weeks ago I had Dr Torres 5 stars. My knee issues I lucked out Dr Torres was great He gave me the injection the proper way. L inner knee, gave a numbing agent first then the shot. I called the office today . As I wanted to change to Dr Torres. The girl told me that he is no longer taking new patients. I have been a patient over 2 years. Was told the other Dr's can give the shot. Mine is tricky Dr Torres knows how to give the shit for my knee. I was told when I come in for my next.appt to ask the primary Dr. If Dr Torres is able to give the shot to me. I want the series 1 a week for 4 weeks. Crazy thing is you are allowed to only address one issue at a time. So if I have another issue for get about it. So frustrating I realize I have an HMO the worst plan you can have. I get it However a pt should be able to be in charge of their own health. I requested a derm consult weeks ago with the primary I have. Never got the derm consult. I go in for my knee. Request . They put it thru. However I get a phone call the day before my appt. I didn't know I had an appt. To top it off it was with a NP. I have had squamous cell cancer years ago. Was found way before it surfaced. My left clavicle , and my right neck. The Dr at the time who found during another surgery. Said by the time it would of surfaced it would of been to late. Biospy was sent to Cali. it was staged. Had mohls surgery by a great Dr So now I have to call them back and go to Clearwater to see a Dermatologist. I research and check all Doctors education, etc surgeries, lawsuits That's what a person does. Who advocates for themselves related to their health. I am not some puppet on a string.

I have recently changed my Health Ins to Humana...my first visit was with Dr Torres....I sat with him and went thru my medication list...it's something that needed to be done...I was very happy with everyone that I had contact with...I'm hoping to attend some writing classes...AWESOME.. it was worth the change !!! Dr Fitzmorris is a wonderful dr..granted one visit...she thinks like I do when making next step plans...shes a good addition....besides , what's not to love about gorgeous sandals...!!!

I love this center and all the employees... especially DR ACOSTA! She is the best Dr I have ever dealt with in my 75 years, and there have been alot of them! Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice in September. I wish the board (?) had agreed with Dr A and her husband and kept them on. Not sure what I will do now, but she will definitely be an amazing asset wherever she ends up!!! I will miss you more than you can fathom Dr A!
