Jupiter Medical Center Physician Group - Indiantown Road

Beware of fraud!! I got charged for a service that was never done, and I've been trying to resolve it with the billing team for 6 weeks. The bill is now close to going to collections, due to a screw up on their end, and all the billing team will say is that it's been escalated and they can't do anything else to help. I have never had this happen with any doctor visit, so I just want to warn anybody looking at this doctor, make sure you don't get charged for extra services. I will be looking to go to another doctor once this is resolved.

The best Dr. I have. George the front desk is very nice and helpful always. Dr Silvia is kind and always answer all questions. She is a great Dr who carries about her patients

Doctors keep leaving the group(third doctor in 2 years). When that happens, the group will not write a refill for your prescriptions unless you make another appointment with the latest replacement Doctor. That means you would have to visit the group multiple times in one year.

Dr Carrie Salvia is an excellent GP. She is helpful, of course very knowledgeable, caring and thorough.....

I have only gone just once for my initial visit, however within that time frame I have had a really good experience. I met with Dr. Valentino and expressed my concerns on a few topics. She listened very attentively and had very good feed back with treatments and ideas to start with. She was very kind and went very slow in explaining everything to me. She made me feel heard and when I sent an email through my patient portal with concerns she called me within the same day to address them and change up a little with our plan. I appreciate this kind of medical care as I am a very nervous person in general. The facility is very neat and clean and the staff from front to the nursing departments are quick and efficient. I give a 5 star recommendation for anyone looking for a new Primary doctor!
