Patient
Unprofessional and disappointed to say the least. Patients need help, not this "treatment". I came in with chest pains and a referral for my heart beat being so out of control from my doctor. I came in with my husband because I'm unable to really walk on my own due to being out of breath. I stated I did have anxiety in the past but even my doctor says it's not anxiety, it's a heart problem. But the cardiologist wrote down "patient denies any anxiety in the past." Ok... Way to listen. I have (confirmed) on my chart, from doctors and a diagnoses that I've had a heart attack and stroke in 2012-2015. The doctor wrote "patient claims to have had a stroke." Why bother being in the medical field if you're going to lie? He didn't even listen to my concerns about almost fainting that morning. He didn't read my paperwork my primary doctor gave me to give to HIM... until my husband pointed it out. Tuesday, I came to get a Holter in and the nurse looked like she was bothered I was even there, gave me the complete opposite intrusions of what the doctor told me too. She looked so irritated I was even asking questions to further understand. I don't understand the point of treating people so poorly when they are coming to you for help after being referred to you... come on. I would love to stay here but sadly I think I'm going to look elsewhere unless they can change their poor attitudes. It's sad.
