He was wonderful from the first time he saw me in the hospital. My case was not a normal one. He took extra consideration and weighed all the aspects in my case and choose the best approach for my special needs in this case. He is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with him. I am Grateful he is my doctor. I feel he has gone above and beyond.
Everyone in the office is so friendly. From the time you check-in to the time you checkout. I have been there just a couple of times and neither time did I have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or have to wait long once they took me to the back. Dr Ramirez is working on getting my blood pressure good and he gave me his cell # so I could text him every Friday with my numbers from the week so we could get it under control. He also called me that night so he could tell me what to do next.
Starting with checking in, it was a great experience,the girls at the front desk were very friendly and pleasant to speak with, Dr. Ramirez was attentive and explained that he was going to more testing so that he could better know the treatment needed, He understood and was ok when I told him that I did not think I could do the treadmill for the stress test, that made me feel comfortable in knowing that he took by concerns into consideration, checking was also a good experience the person at the checkout desk did not make any appointments until she asked me first, and explained y I could or couldn't have the appointment I wanted. Was very pleased in my overall experience.
Very informative explained to me what his plans were and sent me for some tests. We will go over the findings and discuss the process we plan to go with. Was my 1st time seeing him but was happy with the services he has provided thus far.
Dr Ramirez was very patient and sympathetic with my concerns. He explained the need for treatment in clear understandable language, and made sure to give me the best possible advice. He took the time to explain how he could help me and assured me of my prognosis.
