My first visit.. it's a busy office and Dr Fadhi was about 30 min late after my scheduled appointment getting to me in the exam room. I have many follow-ups scheduled with him. He was professional most of all kind and empathetic. I look forward to more great care.

Had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called back until 2:45 was out of the office by 3:15. Saw the doctor no more than 15 minutes felt like I was forgotten about on the way in and then rushed out once I was in.

Dr Fahdi is an awesome cardiologist, yet, the office structure doesnt respect patient's personal time. First Coast Cardiovascular has an administrative issue because its always recommended to arrive to doctor appts 15 minutes in advance and appts can be considered "no shows" if after 15 minutes of appt time and can be rescheduled & charged accordingly. I've not average less than an hour for any appts at either facilities which indicates to me, the model doesn't fit! Things come up where doctors have emergency walkins/call in issues and the cramming (not allowing sufficient time between appts) provides NO cushion of time for scheduled patients and consequently, WE have to pay the price of time. Not fair to folks that are working and accommodating a period of time for this appt, the ones that rely either on public transportation, insurance transportation , friends & family which have their own life. Frankly, it is disrespectful of OUR patient (and related transport) TIME! On one of my visits, I witnessed an elderly wheel bound patient who was waiting for about 2 hrs for pickup. I suspect through insurance, he was utilizing transport through the Medicare program, yet, when he mentioned it to the person at counter, reply was "they know you need pickup & just have to wait". My feeling through observation & listening disturbed me because we must think "that could be my parent, sibling, etc." and we'd find it unacceptable. We are to provide respect to all, yet, moreso, to our elders it it hurt me to recognize that front desk wasn't sensitive and "blowing up transport service phone" as if it was their elderly parent or grandparent. It appears that corporate profit has created insensitive to others time and special needs after I suspect was dropped off, waited forever and then wait for re-pickup. Just saying
