Conviva Senior Primary Care

Conviva has been what is probably criminally negligent in my husband's care. They are entirely unprofessional, taking months to respond to referral requests from both the patient and specialist's offices as well as not calling in prescriptions to pharmacies in timely manner even if those prescriptions refills are requested a week in advance or more. My husband has run out of intermittent catheters when not catheterizing timely can cause infection or kidney damage. His blood pressure medicine and clotting medicine has been late and he had run out even when he has dangerous clots. I wouldnt recommend Conviva to my worst enemy. They simply have no regard for their patients which amounts to preying on the elderly. No wonder they cant seem to keep doctors on staff.

My mother is an elderly patient ay this facility. At Conveva, the primary care physicians specialize in giving special care to this special group of citizens. The medical treatment and advice that she recieves there makes her feeling better and happier, because she isn't worrying about being sick or if the doctor failed to examine her properly. She's picking but I'm so glad we found this facility for both. It has solved more than just her physical health. She leaves happy amor content so it's helping her mental health too

I've been with this location for 11yrs...service is the name of the game...very good at handling referrals.. when you check in ther have 3 individuals doing check ins and appointments have 3 people handling referals

First visit 05/1/2025 Excellent staff. Dr. Yssa and her staff very professional. They are very considerate letting you know each step they take with your visit hiding nothing about their procedures. I am well satisfied with them.

I am very satisfied and impressed with Dr. Peck and Conviva Beach Care Center. Dr. Peck is very professional and thorough. He listens well and has a great memory. He provides excellent care and gets things done. He goes the extra mile for his patients. The nurses, lab techs, office personnel, activity sponsor, every person I have come in contact with have been very professional and helpful. I love the cheerful and positive atmosphere at Conviva Beach also. Conviva thank you!
