My husband and I came in today looking for hope and a listener. We walked out with HOPE and happiness to have found a doctor willing to listen and advise! Dr Castello listened to why we wanted a 2nd opinion. He listened attentively and made us feel like our concerns mattered. Very knowledgeable and we love the take charge attitude he has. He also educated us on various things pertaining to my husband's health and medicine. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. We truly did not feel like just a number. Looking forward to having him help my husband achieve his goals.

Very friendly staff that always remembers your name. The patient care comes first. No waiting in lobby for your schedule appointment. But have even helped me when I came in on wrong day. Great Doctor! Easy to talk to. They explain in words you can understand not teck talk. After almost two years of seeing another Doctor I knew nothing of what was wrong with me. I came here and will never change or go back.

Double check your eob's. His office bills for services no rendered. I've emailed them on multiple occasions and the last email said disregard the services that he didn't use that blood pressure company anymore. I've have to call Medicare to report him. Can't get any cooperation from his office about these charges. Also he doesn't make hospital rounds so when you have to see his nurse practitioners and you ask where he's at you will be told at the hospital.

Dr. Castello is the best. He and his office staff are wonderful. My husband and I came in looking for someone to give us hope after another cardiologist gave up on my husband. He gave us hope, a game plan ..and so much more! Peace of mind! We love Dr. Castello!

I recently moved to the Jacksonville area and I was having a problem booking an appointment with a doctor to renew my prescription medications. I saw that Ms Nicole Parr had apoinents available when I checked Zoc Docs, but when I called the office they didn't have anything open. It was a Friday and I really needed to get my medications renewed, so I was desparate. The receptionist told me that one of their Nurse Practitioners would see me at 5pm. So they stayed late just to make sure I could get my medications renewed, but Ms Nicole Parr, NP was very thorough in reviewing my conditions and the medications I was on. She ordered lab work and filled the medications I needed and I scheduled a follow-up with them to review the lab work. The entire staff was extremely helpful and they went out if their way to make sure I had the medications I needed. A huge thanks to Ms Nicole Parr and to the receptionist who made sure I could get in to see her. They truly put their patient's needs first. I consider myself blessed to have found this clinic.
