The location is conveniently close to my workplace, which makes visits easy. Ms. Kathy was wonderful--she performed the same test for me back in 2023, and my results have remained consistent. She was thorough, informative, and took the time to answer every question I had. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

The technician was extremely professional. She could sense my stress when I got there and encouraged me to do a few deep breaths. It's the small but important observations that went beyond the technical testing that allowed me to have a great experience.

Good food! Competent caring staff. Appeared to be excellent cooperation between departments. Kudos to Heart 3 North. Don't remember everyone's name but they were excellent. Cardiac team kind and professional. Thanks to Radiologys Z.McLaughlin for her prayer before my procedure. She is a credit to Baptist.

I recently had a cerebral angiogram done at Baptist health Jacksonville, and I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. From : Dr. Sauvageau, Kristina Wilson, Jose, Elizabeth, Melissa and the rest of the staff in the Neurovascular department including technologists & nurses. The moment I arrived, every member of the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and experience. The Neurovascular team involved in my procedure worked together, very professional and showing their high skills. The nurses, technologists, and doctors all went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort before, during, and after the procedure. I can't express enough how thankful I am for the patient care provided to me. Baptist health Jacksonville Neurovascular department should be proud to have such an exceptional team. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need high complex quality neurovascular care.

My mom 67 yr old went to this hospital due to hypertension and wound care. They cultured her wounds with no pain medication only Tylenol. Day two in the hospital and mom's Hypertension got worse. All this information was communicated to her patient advocate/relation. Throughout her notes, you can see where she was dismissed and passed on to another physician who passed their own to another physician who eventually passed her to pallet of care...whom offered to cutting off a Healthy limb And calling it, compassion. Several notes on my mother file stated that she needed vascular surgery. However, the vascular surgeon came in, was unable to examine my mother due to her being in excruciating pain. Do not offer any pain management or comfort and Swiftly denied the needed procedure due to unable to Examine . Mom was discharged four days later with an active infection, an in excruciating pain and with unresolved hypertension.
