My dad was in perfect care with Dr. Bates and his incredible team. The nurses and PAs were lovely and reassuring through this difficult process. Victoria, Peggy, Maria, Jessica, and the staff should be commended for their care and compassion. Hospital was very clean, though very understaffed, which was taxing on the poor nurses who already have a difficult enough job. Higher ups should better accommodate hard-working nurses and PAs. A special shout-out to Miss Kathy who always had a reassuring word and a hug when things got rough. Can definitely say that Dr. Bates saved my dad's life. Will always be grateful to Baptist Heart.

What a care! It's one of the best places to take care of your heart in town. the doctors really care, nurses take care of you as you're a family member, and not just a patient. trust them with your health very caring environment. and the view , you'll fall in love with the view

I appreciate everyone on the 4th floor of the Baptist Heart Hospital for taking care of my dad. Both sides of the floor, pre and post-surgery, all deserve a round of applause for the work they do day in and day out. Thanks to all the staff involved, the nurses, PAs, Dr. Bates, Dr. Gupta, etc etc.

From the first visit with Dr. Faisal Ahmad and Candice Vanderschaaf I knew I was in perfect care. They were caring, friendly, courteous and very professional. I felt like I was going to have the best care possible. I also want to say thank you to Trish Bologna. The actual pre surgery events were scheduled, and everything such as time, date and address were included. Day of surgery was exceptional. The pre surgery check-in was exceptional. Everything was performed in preparation of surgery. All nurses were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Post-surgery was outstanding as well. Over all, it was the best experience I have ever had having to have surgery. I would love to recommend the Jacksonville- Head and Neck Clinic. They saved my live. Thank you

Its was not the worst, but it was not good. Pace check in lady was indifferent and nurses were not rude, but definitely not friendly. Pre-surgery area is dirty and no one seems to give a damn about the patients. I actually walked out and rescheduled my surgery elsewhere. This was at 5:30 pm. My outpatient surgery had been scheduled for 3:15, and my Dr. had another surgery before mine that they had not even started. No one told me anything but they had given me my pre surgery meds at 3:30. Alot of good that would have done me. Very unprofessional and to be honest, a majority of the staff came across as being stupid.
