Ashchi Heart & Vascular Center

I'm so super excited about Dr. Ashchi Heart & Vascular on university in Jacksonville Florida first and foremost. He is an amazing Cardiologist. He cares about his patience and takes the time to explain. He makes sure to give you 100% of what your body and Health needs.. on my visit today for my follow up ultrasound I have Claudia as my ultrasound technician she was wonderful, friendly cordial nice and very informative. She was just absolutely wonderful. I cannot rave enough about her. She is definitely an asset to Dr.Ashchi cardiovascular center. I just want to thank the amazing staff the amazing Dr.Ashchi and the wonderful Claudia ultrasound technician I highly recommend them.

I needed an appointment quick, with an EKG and an ultrasound, so I can hopefully get my last surgery () to try and get closer to somewhat of myself I was before everything happened... This wonderful office to such great care of me!! I feel so blessed and lucky! Thank you to EVERYONE at this location, especially Chrissy, Leah, Tiana, Paul, & Dr Santana!!

I had a really pleasant experience with the actual cardiologist. He was receptive and seemed concerned with some heart issues I had been having. I had several different tests ran, and most of the techs were great. The ones who did my stress test were odd-- asking me tons of questions about if my rapid heartbeat started after I got COVID/the vaccine. Idk. Just rubbed me the wrong way and teetered the line of political. The nail in the coffin was my follow up to discuss all results. I had never seen this NP, she has no idea who I was, my history, anything. Despite having a resting heart rate of 115, she said there's nothing wrong with me (even though I've gone to the hospital twice). Then proceeded to say "you probably have POTS" and that was the recommended diagnosis even without a tilt test or any medical evidence to suggest so. She brushed me off and despite waiting MONTHS for this appointment, I felt unseen, unheard, and thrown a ridiculous diagnosis so I could get out of her office.

The appointment scheduling department manager should tell the department staff that appointments should be booked every hour instead of every quarter of an hour (meaning that the time difference between each patient should be an hour) because people have children at home, they have needs, they have work, they have other appointments. It is not reasonable for me to spend half my day in the waiting room, and I am speaking from experience with five consecutive appointments, waiting in the waiting room for two hours...this is not fair...I hope this matter will be looked into.

For one it no body there to pick up the phone and the nurses are rude sometimes and how you go give an ultimatum to a patient and hell they never sent in shit to my insurance I gotta find some where else and get a lawyer
