I have no issue with Dr Pena. He's been a great doctor. But when I tried to get my prescription refilled I could never get a call back after leaving 3 voicemail messages and 2 phone calls. My Publix pharmacy requested the refill 3 times in a week's period and no one would ever respond to their requests. I am now completely out of my medicine and can't get a refill. I don't know who is responsible for approving refill requests but they absolutely have dropped the ball. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. As I type this I'm on the phone with Jeana and I think I'm finally getting somewhere. Kudos to Jeana for her help. If you can find another office to visit I would advise it. Apparently this office is too busy to help their patients
