My young adult son and I saw Dr Sotolongo today and I was EXTREMELY impressed and happy to meet such a Dr! I even got a tear a few times because it's a wonderful experience when you can connect with a physician who is great with people, listen to their concerns wholeheartedly and then respond with care and next steps. Dr Sotolongo spoke to my son and assured him and eased his mind. Every mom's hope!
Outstanding experience with Dr. Sotolongo, about as perfect as can be. He was very thorough, reading through all past tests and medical records. He took the time to listen, ask questions of me and make recommendations. He answered every question (quite a few of them) in depth and explained his comments such that a layman, such as myself, could understand. The best thing I can say about Dr Sotolongo is "CONFIDENCE", 100% confidence that I am dealing with a supremely talented and yet humble doctor, with equal parts wit and wisdom. I recommend him to anyone seeking a cardiologist.
They NEVER return calls. My mother in law has been calling Dr. Sontologo for weeks and NEVER gets a call back. I've called last Friday asking them to please call her. She's 89 years old and down not know how to use my baptist chart and won't let me sign her up...lol. How can I get office to call her???
