Unfortunately I can't rate the doctor because I can't speak to anyone at his office. I sent my monitor results electronically as instructed. I called 4 times today as instructed, but can't get anyone to respond. I spoke with the doctor about a year ago and was very helpful and caring, but he is surrounded by a staff that acts as if they don't give a darn. If a patient has a heart monitor implanted in their body, why would you aggravate them? I have spoken with Carol at DR Hrachians office today and she was absolutely terrific in her handling of my problem. She had received my electronic records and was out on a family emergency yesterday, which was really urgent. Any of the girls should have said my communication was received and I would hear from the office the next day, and I would have been satisfied. The Dr as I mentioned earlier has always been a very competent and caring and person and I relieved that this issue is behind us.

Staff is terrible to coordinate appointments for my mother, never receive a response when sending monitor readings remotely. When turning machine in was never was re-contacted for a new one. Doctor prescribes stronger pill and pharmacists advises that is what mother is already taking. Doctor prescribes stress test and company never receives info from office. Next appointment with doctor and he never even asks about stress test he prescribed or wrong dose of drug from previous visit. All he ever advises is loose weight see you in three months. Phone number is now disconnected, looking for new cardiologist.

Dr. Hrachian is an awesome doctor. After several different doctors said they could do nothing for my husbands atrial fib because he had suffered with it for 28 years, he did 2 ablutions (one lasting 9 hours) and he has been in sinus rhythm ever since. Unfortunately, he also had to put in a pacemaker. The problem is that his office staff is inadequate and basically sucks. It took my husband 3 months to get an MRI because the settings were never sent to to the radiology department at the hospital. Several phone calls, faxes and rescheduling appts for the doctor who ordered the MRI and it finally got done. The office staff is totally incompetent, but Dr.Hrachian is awesome!!!

Horrible costumer service from homestead office manager and all staff rude and give false information to provider office and patients. Called to request records weeks ago and was told they received the request and results had been faxed called back 3 days later was told test results had not been resulted, advised office test was done 2 months ago results should be resulted. Was put to hold to be told they don't have results the Doctor only able to view through portal they can not give provider a copy. Requested speak manager was very rude stated I need to provide name of the person I spoke to. Will not be referring any patients to this office, I recommend Dr. Hrachian to find better educated staffed with morals values and respect to patients, along to other colleagues offices.
