Finding a new doctor and medical outfit to trust and take care of you is hard - especially with the for-profit health insurance industry price-gouging us (Medicare for All YESTERDAY) - but my experiences with the Soffer Health Institute have made my decision to choose this practice a blessing to my health and life. From the welcoming staff including M. to nurses like Kimberly to medical pros like Dr. Dina* and Dr. Myers have helped me make the best health decisions for me - and they all deserve a raise for the life-saving saintly work they do. I'm sure they'll be right for you too (just do expect a wait every now and then, as they can take more time than you expect). The cozy little clinic is not just a benefit to me, but the Hollywood clinic it serves.
One of the deepest places I've ever seen! I waited three weeks for my results. I promise to give you information, but no one will give it to you until you come in person. It's hard to get through by phone. Believe me, find another place, anywhere but this one! I'll be glad to see you! I wish you good health
Update Nov 17th 2025: Soffer health just replied to my review 4 months later saying I am not a patient and they can not help with my concerns left on the poor review they received..... LOL I AM NOT A PATIENT BECAUSE 4 MONTHS AGO AFTER I LEFT THE BAD REVIEW, SOFFER IN HOLLYWOOD CALLED ME AND TOLD ME IF I DID NOT REMOVE THE BAD REVIEW THEY WERE TERMINATING ME AS A PATIENT AND TO GO FIND A NEW PCP... OKAY, SO YOU'RE RIGHT Sir, I am NOT a patient...currently. BUT PLEASE DONT SIT HERE AND ACT LIKE I WASN'T A PATIENT 4 MONTHS AGO LOL. THAT PICTURE I POSTED IN THE REVIEW IS YOUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS IT NOT?! HAHAHHAHA Update July 8th 2025: I just received a call from soffer health that because I left an HONEST yet unpleasant review, that they will no longer be willing to see me and will send me a letter discharging me from them being my primary care due to me expressing my concerns of how I was treated on the Google review. So I guess freedom of speech means nothing to these people. Good riddance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!! I AM VERY CONVINCED THEY PURCHASE THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS!! THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WITH CURLY HAIR AND LONG NAILS (MIRKA) IS SOOOOO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !!! MY FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT COMING IN SHE ARGUED BACK AND FORTH TELLING ME MY APPOINTMENT WASN'T THAT DAY IT WAS ACTUALLY THE DAY AFTER. ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS ARE RECORDED SO WHEN I LEFT I REPLAYED MY PHONE CALL FROM SOFFER HEALTH THE DAY PRIOR WHEN SPEAKING TO THE SCHEDULING WOMAN AND SHE DEFINITELY TOLD ME "COME IN TOMORROW " NOT "DAY AFTER TOMORROW ". SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY DISRESPECTFUL , UNORGANIZED, BUT VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I CAME IN ON A THURSDAY FOR MY PLASTIC SURGERY CONSULTATION SCHEDULED THE DAY AFTER. THURSDAY I WAS TOLD I WAS MEDICALLY CLEARED AND THEY WOULD FAX IT TO MY SURGEON THAT SAME DAY. IT IS NOW TUESDAY THE WEEK AFTER, AND I HAD TO COMEBACK TO SOFFER HEALTH TO BABYSIT THESE PEOPLE TO GET THEM TO SEND THESE FAXES TO MY SURGEON. I CALLED 3X THIS MORNING AND SPOKE WITH CHRISTINE/CHRISTINA WHO SAID SHE WOULD PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF IT WHICH SHE DID NOT . THEREFORE I HAD TO LEAVE WORK EARLY TO COME HERE AND REFUSE TO LEAVE UNTIL I GOT RECEIPTS OF THE FAX BEING SENT SINCE THEY DO NOTHING BUT LIE HERE IN REGARDS TO GETTING WORK COMPLETED . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SUCH AN INCOMPETENT OFFICE OF MEDICAL STAFF.
