For anyone searching for a wonderful PCP, look no further. Dr. Ibrahim and his NP, Priscilla, are Godsends. They listen to all of the patients concerns with great attention. I have never been made to feel rushed or a bother. They offer the best advise and the best plan of care for each individual. I couldn't ask for better care. The office staff is second to none. All in all,such a positive experience with each visit.
I am so glad I switched to Dr Ibrahim to be my PCP. He and Priscilla, his PA, are nothing short of awesome. PA Priscilla is friendly and has all of my medical info organized and available. Dr Ibrahim has exceptional bedside manner and gives excellent input on all of my care. Any questions I have for either are thoughtfully answered. The ladies behind the desk are ready to help and represent the practice well. And, one more person I can't forget is the man who drew my blood yesterday. I'm a "tough stick" with veins hidden. He took his time and got blood on the first stick. Phew.....
This was my first time meeting Dr. Steiner as a new patient. I was treated nicely as I approached the window to sign in and the staff was very competent and nice. My appointment with Dr. Steiner was to establish myself as a new patient and he was kind and listened to my situation as to what my needs are. I was pleased to meet Dr. Steiner and his staff.
From the welcome at check in back to the nurse and Dr Steiner everyone is so friendly and respectful. When Dr Steiner comes in the room he is always concerned with how you are doing and never rushes out to the next patient.
As usual, Dr Steiner spent time with me not only to examine me, but to explain what he was doing and why, and he took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could fully understand. He often recognizes my anxiety and tries to make me feel comfortable. Dr Steiner is among the best.
