Dr. Kherada is excellent at what he does, and I have full confidence in his medical expertise. Unfortunately, my experience with his office staff has been very disappointing when it comes to follow-up and coordination of care.
My insurance requested that a peer review be submitted this past summer in order to move forward with endovenous ablation. It is now December, and despite multiple attempts to obtain updates, I have received little to no communication or sense of urgency from the office. The lack of follow-through and timely updates has significantly delayed my care.
While Dr. Kherada himself is outstanding, some members of his team appear to lack the passion, responsiveness, and attention to patient care that are critical in managing insurance-driven treatment approvals. I hope the practice can improve internal communication and accountability so future patients do not experience similar delays.
