Really bad experience, front desk don't help us. The doctor needs and ultrasonic and for a mistake forgot to leave in the system and visit 3 times and was not possible to help me with the order.

My mother's doctor (who is awesome) became part of this practice and everything went downhill from there. The call center does not communicate with the doctor. It is impossible to get a hold of him. They moved from one office to another without telling my mom that they had moved, so she showed up at the old office and no one was there. For the silver generation this is too much! She had needed an endocrinologist for her care and they referred her to one that closed his office. If you are part of this group, leave for your health and well being. This is a FOR PROFIT company who's main priority is the investors not the patients.

Absolutely the worst place. Please do not take your family member here. My father has cancer and was supposed to have surgery to remove it. After 4 days of back and forth they still could not get the id number correct. We waited all weekend for a resolution. Still nothing. He lost yet another week of surgery. This is negligent and unacceptable. Do not go there.

Just ask for Lucy. When I tell you the level of care and professionalism Lucy showed me! It's like a breath of fresh air. It's hard to find people who really love what they do, and she definitely exemplified be that. Dr. Alena Diaz was super thorough. She took her time and explained things to me about me That I never understood. And for that I really appreciate these 2 women.
