Patient
This would have been my second visit. My first visit was to the office in the Pembroke Pines Hospital which was awesome. Then for my follow up appointment I was scheduled at the Memorial Hospital Medical Center which was a nightmare trying to navigate to find the office. So with all my frustration and my anxiety and my lower back and left hip and left knee I had to literally walk in a maze trying to find the office. Constantly asking various people which way to go and no luck. Next idea let me call the Dr. Office affiliated with the Johnson Street office. Hmm. The stupidest answer the receptionist gave was "Oh I never been there before." My husband asked which building is their office located? Common sense you would have her transfer you to the correct office considering I called the office associated with the phone number . I have extremely high blood pressure and due to the death of my uncle whom had a heart attack in his sleep one day after his daughters 12th birthday so I decided to go to a cardiologist with advice from my primary care physician. Dr. Barry Harris from my first meeting with him he's a great doctor but he has the worst office staff imaginable. With a poor office staff he would lose patients that seriously needed a cardiologist such as myself. Well after roaming around outside in the heat slowly due to pain trying to find the office which I never found I would advise anyone who has mental problems and gets frustrated easily to not make an appointment the Hollywood/Johnson Street office. I am so frustrated that I decided I will just not see a cardiologist. If it's my time to leave the planet then it's my time.
