The Sosa Clinic

I was suppose to have a FREE consultation with Dr. Sosa and when I went in and the staff found out I had insurance, it was no longer free and I had to pay a copay and they billed my insurance. Fine it is what it is. I get to the room and Dr. Sosa walks in behind me and tells me that he is going to perform the bypass surgery. I asked why as I wanted more information on this life changing decision. He told me, " if you are looking for a sleeve go somewhere else because the sleeve will not work with you. You are too fat and with the bypass all the cakes, cookies, and sweets I like to eat will make me regret eating it with Dumping Syndrome." Now how am I suppose to feel comfortable with a surgeon like that??? The whole conversation lasted every bit of 3 minutes or less. Anyone with insurance you're better off going to a regular hospital. Shame on you Dr. Sosa and his staff.

I had contacted the office mid June to inquire if my insurance is accepted, and told that somebody would reach out to me in 2 weeks. It is now mid November and not only has nobody called me, but they have also not responded to several of my texts with inquiry. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because of poor communication and client services!!!! 0 stars!

My experience with Dr. Sosa and his staff has been amazing. During the time of my surgery I was never nervous about it at all. Dr. Sosa's expertise assured me that everything was going to be fine. I had my surgery 6 1/2 months ago and have never had any regrets. I have lost 60 pounds and feel fantastic. Thank you Dr. Sosa for giving me a second chance in life. His Nutritional staff has also been very supportive throughout this time. I look forward to my monthly call and to all of the advice and suggestions they have given me. I am very appreciative for their help.

Dr Sosa and his staff have made the difficult journey of losing weight and finding myself again much easier than I thought it would be. He is a wonderful surgeon and sets high expectations that are achievable if you follow his lead. His staff is welcoming and supportive and they are easily accessible at all times. I am so glad I chose Dr. Sosa - I feel great and hope to continue to feel this good

Dr. Sosa changed my life not only physically but, mentally. When I see him I am grateful and excited because I know God used Dr. Sosa and his staff as the vessels to get me on track with my health and lifestyle. Dr. Sosa and his staff are professional, friendly and caring. I experience no complications and was treated with love. Dr. Sosa and his staff are AMAZING!! I recommend Dr. Sosa I've already put my life in his hands and he did his job . I RECOMMEND Dr. Sosa and his staff for all your weight loss needs. Dr. Sosa and his team are the BEST!!!!!! |
