Today I learned of the false diagnosis my mother received from this doctor (Palmerola in Hialeah). He told her she had CANCER in her Uterus and recommended to see a facility whom he has relationship with. My mother opted to go to a different Oncologist to get a second option from the specialist. Oncologist saw the results gathered from Palmerola's office to only learn, that was false information, she does not have CANCER! My mom is still suffering from depression from the news Dr. Palmerola gave her 2 weeks ago. This is plain EVIL! My mom confronted his assistant and mentioned it to the doctor, only to say "I NEVER TOLD HER THAT" now he is calling my mother a lier!!! This doctor should be disbarred from the medical industry. I want to make everyone aware of his bad intensions with elderly patience. I will be reporting him to the Association of Medicine. This will not end here... I will be her voice and advocate of awareness. he should be ashamed of himself. CANCER is a billion dollar industry and you will have dishonest, money hungry doctors lye to patience no matter the cost to make the pharma company more money. It truly is DISGUSTING how western medicine has evolved into. No care for humanity! Please pass this along.
I have had such amazing experience with Dr. Rafael Palmerola. Great service, humble, and amazing atmosphere. I have had Dr. Palmerola as my Primary for over 20 yrs. Now and I can't ever complain about his services. Like every other clinic you go there will always be a wait. Then again if there are lots of people waiting on the doctor that must tell how much people love him. The man goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. There are a little amount of doctors that truly care for there patients as much as Dr. Palmerola. Keep doing what you do hope to have you around for a long time.

Go anywhere else but here!! Better off going to emergency room. This is my primary doctor and when something pops up unexpectedly they don't accept walk-ins!! This is bull!! I need medical attention now not a week later! Thanks will be changing doctors immediately. Moreover, the ladies in the front were not helpful at all and insisted to go to a hospital. Ridiculous!!!!!!
