I had an excellent experience at the Palmetto Hospital Radiology Department. The entire staff was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, especially Saray Aleman. This lady was an angel sent from above with her knowledge and explanation. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The facility was spotless and well-organized, and my results were ready faster than I expected. I truly appreciate their dedication and compassionate care. Highly recommend Palmetto Radiology to anyone in need of imaging services!

Amazing customer service goes beyond for patient .my mother in law stayed on the 6th floor all the staff was very professional . The nurse Hector was very nice and assured my mother in law was in good hands . Alejandro the social worker was also very passionate about his job thank you for all your hard work .

Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference during a very difficult moment for our family. It's rare to find someone who combines such clinical excellence with such a caring heart. She treated my aunt not just as a patient, but as a person -- with respect, empathy, and patience. The Neuro team (NCCU) is truly amazing! My family and I have always had a great experience every time we have been here. I am forever grateful for all the staff who had attended my dad 10 years ago and now for the second time, my mom. I appreciate all the care and dedication this team has, including the amazing nurses Hildy, Eli, Lili, Kevin, Susana, Lazaro and many more. We loved Dr. Ricardo Martinez Martinez - Neurologist, he is god sent!! To all the amazing staff members a big thank you to everyone.

Great care by the emergency room staff and nurses. Did had to wait for a few but once I got triage everyone was very helpful. Palmetto has gone through some major changes but I have to admit that they have improved with their treatment to very competitive staff including my nurse Jennifer. I got to interact with the director, who was very nice. I've visited other hospitals, never seen the directors around like I saw today at the Hospital. Hope to never get sick again but if I do will definitely returned to Palmetto. Amazing work and great job !
