Excellent experience with Dr. Miguel Diaz and his team. The office is punctual. I've never waited more than 20 minutes, which I really appreciate. Dr. Diaz is professional, takes time to discuss symptoms, and explains all treatment options clearly. I've mostly seen APRN Hibelis Patton, who is outstanding, knowledgeable, thorough, and never rushes appointments. The staff is professional and efficient, and the office is always clean. Highly recommend this practice.

My mother visited the Doral office yesterday for a stress test, CT scan, and echocardiogram. Overall, the staff was helpful and kind, and the doctor has always had a good reputation, which we appreciate. However, we did experience a serious concern with one staff member that we feel needs to be addressed. The individual responsible for administering the injection and placing the wires for the stress test was rude and disrespectful. When my mother explained that she could not have an injection in her right arm due to lymphedema risk, the staff member responded harshly instead of showing understanding. Later, she overheard a private conversation between my mother and the CT scan technician and interrupted with unsolicited and insensitive comments about our family's situation, speaking in a demanding and bitter tone. This was extremely inappropriate and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. My mother shared her experience with other staff members, but their response suggested they were uncomfortable addressing the issue, which raises concerns about the work environment. While we value the doctor's care, this one employee's behavior negatively impacted our visit and could harm the office's reputation. Unfortunately, we will be seeking care at a different location or with another provider moving forward. We hope this feedback helps improve patient experience, as kindness and professionalism are essential in healthcare settings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a first time patient I was hoping for the bare minimum attentiveness but that's not what I experienced. I don't think I got more than a minute of time with the doctor. The nurses were very nice and helpful, but that's about it. Would not recommend this practice if you're looking for someone that cares about your health or cares enough to answer or listen to any questions you have. Felt very rushed and not attended to whatsoever. He could barely look at me when addressing my concerns. Didn't even walk into the room I was in, he's pathetic. Practitioner Patton was great though.

It was just perfect. The waiting was not as much, very clean and professional employees. They make you feel like home. Dr Diaz was very charming and knowledgeable of my grandmother 's case. It was fast and easy. Thank you so much for everything!!'

My mom and I have been patients of Dr. Diaz for many years and we have nothing but good things to say about him, his office and the staff. From the girls in the front desk to his attention to detail is all a great experience & pleasure. I will never change. And his medical assistant is a beautiful person with incredible knowledge. All good things from Dr Diaz office. A true pleasure.
