I would give this office zero stars if Google allowed it. The fact that they only have 2 stars is no coincidence--it truly reflects the terrible way they operate. This cardiology office does not value patients' time at all. Appointments are meaningless, because even if you arrive on time you'll be left waiting for hours with no explanation, no updates, and no respect. They treat people as if they were doing them a favor, not as paying patients who deserve care and dignity. The staff acts indifferent, careless, and in some cases downright rude. I personally lost two full days of work just to bring a family member here, only to realize it was all a complete waste of time. No progress, no real attention, no respect. The level of incompetence is shocking for a medical office, especially one that deals with something as serious as cardiology. This place is unprofessional, unethical, and completely lacking in compassion. If this is how they handle patients, I'd rather my loved ones go without a cardiologist than ever be treated here again.

Review for Humberto Machado Jr. Cardiologist Office - Hialeah This has been one of the most frustrating medical office experiences I have ever dealt with. My 85-year-old aunt is a patient of record here, and we have been trying since July to get her seen by the cardiologist. This is now the third time her appointment has been canceled at the very last minute because they claim the referral is not on file. What makes this even worse is that, before each of the last two appointments, the office staff personally confirmed with me that everything was in order and the referral was there. We were told "everything is fine, you're good to go." Yet, when we arrive on the day of the appointment--after taking the time and effort to arrange transportation for an elderly patient--we are told once again that she cannot be seen because "the referral is not there." This repeated mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for an elderly patient who urgently needs a cardiology evaluation. It is distressing, disrespectful of patients' time, and raises serious concerns about how this office is being run. Patients deserve competent and reliable care, not endless rescheduling and confusion. I would strongly caution others before choosing this office. If you value your time, your health, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. I should be able to leave no Star and this office to be reported for patient miss management.

Bring your referral with you.If they are buissy they tell you you don't have a referral for you so they can finish faster.I seen it happen to other clients and it happened to my dad twise

WORST EXPERIENCE !My mother went here and had the worst experience. She walked in and no one was at the at the front desk. Patient in the waiting room didn't speak English so she went up the elevator to see if she could find someone to help here. She was meet by a rude and unpleasant lady. She was never asked can I help you or even with a good morning. The lady yelled at here telling her she could be up there and told her to go back down. The lady get on the elevator with her and tell her to wait outside. Not the waiting room. But OUT SIDE. My mother proceeded to ask about the doctor she was there to see and all the lady said was he wasn't here and to wait outside. My mother sat out side for about 15 minutes. Not knowing if the doctor was in office. Her name was never even put on a list for them to call when he was in office. She go back in to use the bathroom and the lady was at the desk. Still never ask to help her. She gets to the bathroom and the door locked the lady at the front desk saw she needed to use the bathroom and walk away from the desk. My mother went here for an appointment for surgery she was supposed to have the following week. She had to cancel her surgery because she never saw the doctor. She will never ever go back to this office! NEVER! I feel like she was treated this way because of her color.
