About Dr. Bouza & Miralles Medical Associates/ Manuel Bouza MD

Doctor Manuel Bouza has been in practice since 1993. He trained at Mount Sinai Medical Center where he practiced Interventional Cardiolgy until 2005. He now provides clinical cardiology services that include nuclear stress test, echocardiography, arterial and venous ultrasound. He provides urgent care services for acute hypertension, heart failure, etc. When visiting our office you will feel comfortable knowing the doctor and not a physician assistant or nurse practitioners will be taking your history and managing your care. We work closely with other local cardiologist when needing electrophysiology or other interventional services. We work closely with Mount Sinai Medical Center where we send most our patient needing hospitalization.

Doctor Bouza has been my husband's cardiologist for over 2 yr and because of the way he treats my husband he is now mine. Dr. Bouza is very thorough and has patiences to listen to all your concerns. I highly recommend.

Doctor Bouza is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about his patients. He has terrible bedside manners. My mother went to the ER with very high blood pressure after starting medication that he prescribed to her. My mom called him to let him know the issue and He told her that he didn't have time for her and in bad form said that he would change her medication and just hung off. No details or instructions given. Nothing. This is no way to treat a worried and ill patient.

The worst exprience. They only want to get the money grom the insurance. They dont care about the patience and the worst customer service. I dont need to get all that $700 dollars test done. Im not a pilot. Which the FAA requires. And on the ither hand. My insurance company uses Express Script which doesnt have a zip code. If any pf your "competent" staff tha tnever remebers any details. Would have take the time to call the number in the insurance card they would gave you the informarion and let you know that alm you need to do is email or fax the prescription and any other detail information required on you side theyvwould provode it. O dot k ow the zip code cause there is not information about it in the insurance card. And third i was woth 195/100 and nobody care to call me afyer a week to make sure i had the medicines for my HBP. That how yout business take care of your patiences? Please. La peor experiencia. Solo buscan como sacarle el dinero an seguro y los pacientes. Seguro roban y engatusan a la pobre gente mayor que son la.mayoria de sus pacientes. JAMAS LLEVARIA YO UN AMIGO O FAMILIAR A ESE SITIO.
