The doctor is excellent, the assistants are excellent, but the treatment from the person who makes appointments, referrals, etc., is the worst; it's very poor quality.

Dr. Agustin Martinez is the best doctor that I have ever had. Very nice person, taking whatever time necessary to explain procedures and treatment to patients. The staff is very affordable and friendly, always willing to help. The appointments are flexible if you have difficult with appointment is very easy change it. I recommend this amazing doctor.

I highly recommend Dr.Martinez a professional doctor with an amazing soul. Has been My Mothers doctor for 8 years , my doctor for 5 years , my husbands for 1 year. Also has an Amazing staff as well. I don't give them 10 stars because system only allows 5.

I reached out to Dr. Martinezs' office with an emergency situation for one of his nursing home patients and was told by his secretary that I had to reach out to the nursing home facility where he sees the patient instead. Which makes no sense because he is the the patients doctor and they will reach out to him anyways. He is completely avoiding communication with the family members. I'm very disappointed. Definitely not recommended.

Horrible place. gave us the results OVER THE PHONE without any percentages or specifications and only said my parents had cholesterol and to take fish oil pills. We didn't get the urine results either. We expected to have a personal meeting with the doctor and to talk about our results not having someone to say we're okay over the phone without proof. Money lost.
