Premier Vascular and Interventional

Incompetent staff -- first and last visit with this office. I was in a car accident in July and have been dealing with ongoing dizziness. Imaging later revealed stenosis in my neck, and I was referred to see a vascular doctor. I scheduled an appointment with this office and was first seen by a nurse practitioner. She was pleasant and professional -- no complaints there. She advised I return to see the doctor and also asked me to retrieve CDs of my imaging from JFK Hospital and Good Samaritan, since their office didn't have access to those records. Despite my dizziness, I drove to both hospitals, picked up the imaging discs, and returned for my follow-up with the doctor -- only to be told that the doctor was still in surgery and would not be able to see me. The staff then asked if the doctor could call me instead and if I could leave the discs with them for review. They assured me that not only would the doctor review the discs, but they would also mail them back to me. The next day, I received a voicemail from the doctor saying there was "nothing significant" on the discs -- very vague, no real explanation or follow-up. I called the office again to confirm the mailing address for the return of my discs, and they confirmed it. Three weeks later, I still have not received them. I called again today, and the staff now says they will "follow up" -- clearly they either lost my discs or mailed them to the wrong address. This has been a complete waste of time and energy. I'm left with no answers, no imaging, and no confidence in this office. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking competent or compassionate care. Update- After my attorney contacted their office, they stated that they could not mail my disc because it would be a HIPAA violation. However, the office manager, Amanda, had previously assured me in person that she would mail it to my home address and even confirmed my address with me. Now, when my attorney is on the line, they are saying they cannot mail it.

I just had a liver biopsy at Dr Lopez's office in Lake Worth, I was really worried when I saw one review about how painful it was. I didn't need to worry as it went very smoothly was not painful after he gave me the injection of lidocaine I never felt anything else. I couldn't believe it was over and I never felt any pain. Everyone in the office is very, very nice caring and helpful.. This is the second time I have had a procedure at that office and both times. I was very happy with the staff and Dr. Lopez. I would highly recommend their office.

(UAE Procedure) If I could leave a million stars, I would! This is hands down the best medical office I've ever dealt with. Jimmy, thanks for always being helpful and laughing at my silly jokes. Cindy, you're the best nurse practitioner ever! Thank you for letting me vent and being so thorough with setting my expectations every step of the way. Sheena and Bobby, thank you for helping me relax and laugh during the day of my procedure. Dr. Lopez, I can't thank you enough. You are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most genuine doctor I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Your amazing team is a prime example of your leadership. Thank you for listening and giving me hope when no one else was listening. I haven't felt this good years. Que Dios te bendiga siempre.

I dont understand from where those 5 start come, he, Lopez conduct a liver biopsy to my husband, it was horrible, according to my husband this doctor never put anestesia it was so painful, and at the end the amount of specimen he removed was not enough to conduct a DNA that according to the oncology he need to perform. So we must to do another one but this time I warning the oncology that it will not be perform with Lopez, my husband complete his biopsy in the Palm West H. he was scare thinking it will be painful like Dr. Lopez did. But it was so release, no pain he no even notice they took 10 units of specimen without pain. So if you have to do a biopsy I do not, do not recommend Lopez.

Dr Emilio Lopez, Jimmy, Sheena, Chelsea , Lettie, you are all so wonderful, compassionate , encouraging, endearing and by far the most impressive patient care team I have ever had the privilege of meeting! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your outstanding support and care of Bill
