The Cardiac & Vascular Institute: Tulli Mark A MD

Got sick on a Friday night and my appointment was first thing Monday morning at 9:40 a.m. Needed to cancel my appointment because I was sick. Had no way to contact this doctor because they do not send any text messages to remind you of appointment nor a text with an address. My appointment was set up by one of my other primary doctors. They stated they would send me a letter with their address and phone numbers to remind me but they did not. All of my other doctors send me a text the day before to remind me for the appointment as I am very busy person in my business and can't remember everything. Did not know the name of this doctor and I tried to cancel through my primary because they said they would contact them for me I don't know if they did or not it was an answering service and not the actual office over the weekend. Cardiac and vascular institute needs to organize communication a little bit better. Other than that I visited them a long time ago and don't remember too much about them or were their office was. The doctor appointment went really well. Dr. Tulli was very attentive to listen to everything I said. I was more than pleased.

Dr. Tulli and his staff are fantastic. They know how to listen and I know how to do a simple explanation of what is going to happen and what has happened afterwards I couldn't give any more praise Dr. Tulli save my life years ago and I recommend him at every chance I get From the front desk to the nuclear lounge and the folks at work there really terrific

Did an ablation a year ago. Went as promised. No problems since. And he both friendly and knowledgeable in discussions. Highly recommend.

I had an early morning appointment and showed up about 5 minutes early so I was the first person to walk in. A couple of staff were at the desk talking and both turned to me with a smile and said good morning to me. I thought that was very nice. But as I was waiting to be called I noticed that the staff greeted everyone that way. It makes a person feel welcome as well as helping them to relax. Dr. Tuli greeted me with a handshake and a smile and then got down to business. My concerns were handled professionally and quickly but yet I never felt rushed.
