At the time of my appointment, no one indicated that there would be a co-pay based on my insurance. Every other test I've ever had, I was informed of a co-pay so I could make an informed decision!! Sure enough I received a bill of several hundred dollars, after applying my insurance. I would have waited on having this test as I went on Medicare the next month! Very poor service in my opinion....

The waiting time was a little long, but it was worth it. Very pleasant staff. The doctor was wonderful even though I could see he was very busy. All my questions were answered. Very comfortable experience .

My husband was told for two years having tests run he looked good, come back in a year...he had major symptoms of shortness of breath tightness in the chest. He finally Asked for a heart cath. He was then told we were denied because of his Medicare supplement. At that point once denied they would not accept our cash payment. Thankfully we went to Ocala. He is currently recovering from quadruple bypass and valve replacement. His recovery is going to be very difficult because he was so sick. Ocala told us we were very lucky we got here in the nick of time.

I was worried when I first moved here from out of state. I had been with my doctors for to many years to count. I can't tell you how wonderful,kind, and welcoming Dr Van Roy and the staff made me feel. He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease. I am glad I made the right choice. Thank you.

I had a very good experience on my first appointment with Dr. Jansen. He was very knowledgeable, straight to the point, and made me feel like I was in good hands.
