Let me start with the "worst" part of the experience. There was a wait. That said, the rest of the experience working with this team is worth the wait. The nurse who called to make sure I was ready for the appointment made sure that I got my CT done before I showed up. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. They took the time to answer every question my wife and I had. Dr. Klodell has a great personality. We talked through all of our concerns. No question was unimportant or treated like it wasn't worth his time. The plan we discussed made sense and he didn't mince words. He told me exactly what he is expecting for the next few visits. If you need his services, I would recommend.

Inital visit went perfectly. Greeted warmly by staff and was promptly seen by nurse practitioner. Dr. Klodell and his staff answered my questions, alleviated any concerns that I had, and immediately got my treatment plan started. Everyone I encountered was friendly and caring.

Had a really great first visit to Dr. Klodell's office. The staff were friendly and efficient and on time. Doctor K was easy to understand and provided a lot of knowledge about my upcoming surgery. Worthy of five star rating so far!

I had a pacemaker with a wire protruding through the skin. He took my case and worked me in and removed my pacemaker and old leads that had been in since 1992. I think only a few doctors do this type of extraction and I am very grateful for his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend him and again very grateful.

Everyone is very polite. There was a long wait before getting seen but this is the only day open for appt. being others are surgery days.Dr. Klodell is very direct in his diagnosis which is appreciated. Assistants and nurses were very helpful and polite.
