Dr Lee was prompt for the appointment. He sat down and discussed my condition and did not appear to be rushed as he has in the past. He was personable and my friend who attended the appointment with me liked him. We discussed future procedures.
Everyone was wonderful and so kind and helpful. The care and patience and concern was genuine. Everyone took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and addressed all my questions and concerns. Top notch all the way.....best experience ever.
Dr. Arthur Lee and his staff are totally amazing. He cares and his work is beyond the best. I was very pleased with not only his explanation of procedure as well as our talk today about the results. He is a very busy man- so I always write down any applicable questions. His staff is prompt-ontime with care and goes above and beyond. From the phone scheduling to the actual surgical team. Amazing care and concern. Thank you to each and all- and Dr. Lee was taking care of my needs. And I will most definitely see him when my six month visit is scheduled. Because of him my walking has improved at least 85% and with just starting walking for exercise- hoping for even more. My procedure was Jan 10- 2025. Before procedure I could not walk 100ft with acute pain. Now "I can walk" . May God bless each of the staff and Dr. Lee.
The Cardiac and Vein Institute in Gainesville provided a great experience for my venogram. The Nurse, Will, knew I was nervous and did a great job setting me at ease. He got the sedation needle set in one stick which was about as painless as I've ever had! The OR nurses made me comfortable as the got me ready for the procedure. Dr Lee was fantastic! Answered all my questions prior to the procedure and then relayed what he had found and the next step to reduce the swelling in my leg. I would highly recommend both Dr Lee and the Institute to anyone needing vascular care!!
