Good evening, Doctor you are the best. I had an appointment with you and you request ultrasound she did excellent job you and the nurse , you did excellent excellent work. I felt very hundred more than 100% comfortable to come and schedule for appointment. three weeks ago, it was unprofessional the lady on the front desk, it was Friday. She kept me more than half an hour waiting outside. I talked to her about it. She said that's our procedure. Keep our patient outside for a half hour and, when get you to the room another half an hour , and I ask her why I have to wait for an hour , and she said if you want to to cancel and reschedule you for another day , I said fine after a week from scheduling Department called me and the other lady was very very bad service. I had to cancel my appointment with your clinic, but I felt very sorry because I had the best doctor and ultrasound nurse did to my vein and I was very excited to go forward, but I had to call my primary doctor explained to her what's happened and look for another doctor. I'm sorry you are the best but people work for you in the front desk unprofessional .,
Fort Walton is lucky to have the best vascular surgeon ever!! He is truly amazing at what he does I can promise you that he will do any & everything possible to make sure it is the best thing for you. Dr. Risley has the best bedside manner and explains everything clearly. He will take the time to ensure you and your family know exactly what is going to happen, has happened and moving forward what to expect. Our family lov him dearly and should anything happen in the future we will be making a trip to FWB.
