Dr. Michael L. Yandel, MD

Went with dad, 85 yrs old, for his appointment. Waiting room was full, no overflow area. Other patients frustrated because it's taking forever to be seen. Once called to the back, people were lined up in the hallways, waiting for a room. This is unacceptable. Our medical professionals can do better than this.

Dr Yandel explained everything in detail in regards to my tests. He listened and answered all questions. Yes there's a waiting time but it's important to remember he spends the necessary time with each patient.

I trust Dr. Yandel greatly and altho I had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen and THIS time he pretty much didn't listen for the 5 minutes he spent with me....he prescribed me the SAME medicine my PCP had prescribed me which was the reason for seeing h in the first place...it wasn't working...but...all that aside...HIS OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST...ive spoke to them on 4 different occasions and EVERYTIME they are rude and short.Worst in all my years of dealing with doctors

I was prescribed medicine from dr.yandel about 3 years ago and have been on it since and dont have medical insurance I've paid cash every visit not to mention the medicine is 150 a month and today they denied a refill on my heart meds because they want me to come in which will cost me $375 dollars they dont help ppl they just want money
