Dr Heitman and his group were absolutely wonderful, very caring and compassionate which is something you don't see that offen. I felt very confident with his level of experience in performing my surgery. His group made my hospital experience very satisfying. Dr. Heitman was amazing. I was totally shocked when I was told I needed a double bypass. He immediately put me at ease explaining what a bypass entails & how my recover would be. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I don't believe I have ever felt this confident in any doctor (surgeon). Dr. Heitman truly showed his caring nature in wanting his patient to be safe & completely informed.
