That whole building should be condemned. What an ugly outside appearance for medical offices, parking is a joke. Then you enter to find a full waiting room with people standing also, seemed to be way overbooked

Dr Chalasani has been my Dr for over 25 years. During that time he has been the best Dr. We made a plan and stuck to that plan. He has kept me alive all these years. He is a Dr who actually cares for his patients. He always explains his procedures and why he recommends them. He is the very best!!

Horrible horrible ... I was looking for an appointment for my Mom and never got the way to talk to no one ... then I read the reviews here and I understand, apparently it's not a good place to put my Mom's health in their hands!

my mother went into hospital got this doctor didnt inform her that her meds they put her on were going to be over 600 per month he could of gave her a med for a blood thinner that was under her insurance she is 83 on medicare doesnt have the money with other meds she takes. When I tried to call the office to get it changed they said they they will talk to the doctor and get back to me now it has been over 2 days with repeat calls 9 so far still nothing today they said the doctor will be back tommorow ..Mind you they said if she doesnt take the med. it will cause a stroke. 2 days and she hasnt be able to take her med. this is NOT a way to treat people we had him paged 2 times still nothing. good luck to who goes to him. NOT GOOD UNacceptable to treat people this way!

Not a review about the doc, but of the staff. They called to set my appointment after receiving a referral from my primary. I missed the call, but called back. Cathy was quite rude immediately stating that it's the patients responsibility to get scheduled and to make the phone calls, not the staff. She then told me I did not have a referral in the office. That's weird, why did they call saying they did? So I said I'd call back with the referral in hand to sort it out. Called back and spoke with another lady, she told me they don't have the referral and I now needed to be transferred to the insurance dept to deal with them since they "probably don't take your insurance anyways." I'm sorry, I didn't know this was an elite country club that doesn't take the insurance I pay thousands for. So I asked how that would help the issue of them not having the referral and if I should have my doc resend it? She told me that it's my responsibility to deal with insurance first, so that's strange. Needless to say, not a good impression of this office and I've asked to see a different Cards doc at this point. Front desk/phone staff is the make or break point and it's very unfortunate people who are miserable get hired for these positions.
