Marjieh Ziad MD

Dr Marjieh has treated my father for years. He listens to what you have to say and makes recommendations. He's not dismissive like some doctors are. I've built a good rapport with him over the years and have only had positive experiences.

I am deeply disturbed by Dr. Marjiah Ziad's conduct, particularly in connection with a recent trial in Fort Pierce, Florida. During testimony, Dr. Ziad stated that he chose not to order a potentially life-saving genetic cardiovascular test for his elderly patient--simply because she was 80 years old and, in his words, had "already lived her life." This test, which costs around $6,000, could have identified a serious hereditary condition. To disregard someone's life and potential health outcomes based solely on their age is not only ethically questionable, it's inhumane. Patients of all ages deserve thoughtful, comprehensive medical care--not decisions based on arbitrary financial judgments or ageism. I would not recommend Dr. Ziad to anyone seeking compassionate or unbiased medical treatment.

Check your bills thoroughly. Have been billed several times for visits that have already been paid. Dr. Marjieh, check in, check out, and techs are amazing. Grace, office manager who handles billing, cannot finish her work in a timely manner and provides poor patient service. Complained repeatedly to me, the patient, that she is overworked, which may be the case but that does not give her the right to be unprofessional when talking to me,, making non valid excuses, and giving no resolution to billing issues. She gaslights because she has fallen short of her duties. Grace is not nice and needs to complete a customer relation's class. If you didn't already have a heart problem beforehand, you will probably develop one from the stress of dealing with Grace.

Just seen him in HCA Lawnwood Hospital. I've previously had a heart attack as well as open heart surgery (cabg x3) and was in for chest pain. He walks in says hello, its not your heart and left. They did no tests whatsoever. Even the nurses said they don't understand how he could clear me with doing no tests or anything. Not comforting been discharged without any tests and still with the chest pains. This is the first very bad expierence I've had at Lawnwood. I will not take Dr. Marjieh word that everything is fine given my cardiac history. You should be ashamed of yourself sir.

I would have given zero stars for customer service, dignity and degrading treatment of a mutual patient. I am a Director of nursing at an ALF. Dr. Marjeh services several of our ALF and IL residents. I was called that a resident that is usually continent had an accident. Nurse Grace called and very upset. She demanded I send someone to come clean her up. I told her I do not have available staff and also said it would be the humane thing to do if a nurse there could please assist as I am sure the Dr. would not approve of a patient being left soiled in his office. Grace was very unprofessional. To the point I may pull all our residents from that office.
