Hello, I'm writing to express my frustration with an experience I had today while trying to schedule a follow-up appointment after a recent ER visit. I first called around 10 AM and spoke with Kathy. Unfortunately, she was quite dismissive and did not collect my insurance information, despite my attempt to provide it. Later in the day, around 3:30 PM, she called back to say that I didn't have insurance -- based on information from the ER -- which is incorrect. Had she taken down my details during our first call, this confusion could have been avoided. Now, it's after 5 PM, and the office is closed. I've been told the earliest available appointment is 2-3 weeks away, even though I was advised to be seen within one week. This situation was made more difficult by Kathy's unprofessional attitude. Frankly, someone in her position should be better equipped to handle patient needs with courtesy and competence. I would greatly appreciate help in getting an appointment scheduled within the appropriate timeframe, and ensuring my insurance information is on file. Thank you, Nicholson Alexis
