I called to find out some info and Ashley picked the phone. Very rude and dismissive because she claimed to know the answer to my question. So then, I asked for someone else or the doctor. She said no one else would have the information and as for the doctors she doesn't know his schedule.
I, then asked to make an appointment with Dr Shareef, she responded again with not know his schedule at the clinic and that I'd be seeing the PA.
Nothing against the PA, but if I'm paying to see the doctor, I believe he should make himself available, and for the staff not to know your schedule is a pretty lame excuse.
I know my money and time will be valuable elsewhere so I will not return to his practice and would advise others to stand up for their rights.
