Awesome experience: no lines, kind staff, was seen quick and gave me a smart treatment plan

What a wonderful experience today. My first point of contact in the building was Lisa - and the world needs millions of Lisa's. Very kind, super positive attitude...give that young woman a raise so that she'll never leave. :) My experience with Deborah Walker, ARNP was also delightful. She's extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. My laboratory experience was also friendly and efficient. What a fantastic group of people - I highly recommend!

Dont expect to ever get out of there in a reasonable time. I've been here multiple times for my PCP and I'm typically not seen until one hour after my appointment time. The receptionists don't seem to have a clue on what they are doing when I asked for a release of information request go to my old doctor, they didn't do anything and then called me a month later wondering where my records were. Dr. Genco on the other hand has been very nice and caring. He seems to actually listen to what I want and what's wrong. Barbara the dietitian is absolutely amazing and I enjoy every appointment with her.

I had several tests this morning and didn't realize that I had almost a $400 deductible. Had I known that I would've rescheduled further out until I had the entire amount. While I understand that it's not the staff's fault but the young lady that I checked in with needs some lessons on customer service soft skills. To deal with ppl that could potentially have a serious condition in the manner that she did was inappropriate and uncaring, especially during times like these. I will continue to use MPG and Dr. Lee but will try and find another location for my tests. Also shout out to Dr. Lautenbach and his staff; they're the best.

Dr. Alan Obregon, MD Is an amazing doctor who cares for his patients and would do anything he can to help them. I went to the walk-in last week for a cyst on my tailbone. Prior to seeing Dr. Alan Obregon , I had a different doctor that didn't do anything. The pain was unbearable for days. The pain was so bad I was getting sick from it. I couldn't stand up, eat , or sleep. So I went again. I got Dr. Alan Obregon, MD. Honestly the best doctor I have ever had in my life. He explained everything to me. He really cared for how I was feeling and did everything he possibly could to make me feel better. He drained it. He made sure I was okay every second of the treatment. After the treatment I got into the car and cried of relief because the pain was gone. I Feel so happy and relieved. Thank you Dr. Alan Obregon, MD so so much.
