Dr. Mark X. Norleans, MD

Been going to Dr. Norleans since 2015 he is a great Dr, always cares and ask questions!! Susan in the office is amazing and works so hard!! Thank you guys for everything you do!!

The worst doctor I've ever had. Wasted 6 years of my life giving him my money just so he could take it before a moved to CO, and leave me out to dry, then I get a text today to confirm my appointment, after he removes me from his patient portal. To be clear I saw him 11 days prior and passed every drug test for all 6 years. He simply could not care less when I decided to move to CO with my daughter, took $150 and didn't do anything about my meds all running out. This guy will screw you over or be on vacation while you're out of your meds. 100% I will never remove my reviews, people deserve to know, and this is what I paid him for so since he won't do his job or refund my money, I won't be taking these reviews down ever again.

I've been seeing Dr. Norleans for about a year and a half. I have had great monthly visits each time I've been there. Its a busy office, but they will get you in and out asap. The Dr. is straight to the point, he doesn't make small talk or waste time, although he certainly isn't rude or unprofessional. That's actually why I like him, get me in and get me out. Front desk and nurses are great. They know what they're doing and they are direct. I guess you can take that however you'd like if you're sensitive. (its a Dr.s office but its still a business) But something I think people tend to forget is that a portion of their patient base are addicts/active users/etc. I'm sure they've heard every BS line in the book and are used to getting messed with. In fact, the only time i see patients having difficulty with any of the staff is when that patient is scamming, trying to scam, not in their right mind, or just being rude and nasty. You get treated the way you act and treat others, so look at yourself before knocking stars off a review for a very good, fairly priced and considerate business/practice.

He was the physician that took care of my son. He ignored his Hep C and still kept giving him Suboxone. He didn't EVER check enzymes. He ignored blood pressure not staying leval. Suboxone was the biggest contributer to decline in liver and blood pressure not being stable. He had been on for 3 years which is unsurpassed the length of time. My son passed away at 34.

I am absolutely thrilled with Susan at the front desk! The office has completely...100%...changed for the better since she started. She is AMAZING!! *** Dr Norleans, you better hang onto her!! . She is worth whatever you are paying her and more!!
