Excellent doctors, good nursing staff, worthless administration and support staff. As usual, they probably pretend to work and Lee pretends to pay them, staff probably trained for customer service from either AT& T or Comcast. If you are considering them, remember no appt available for at least 3 months to see a doctor, and support phone calls are few and this experienced is based on 2.5 years. There must be a reason for the only medical office I have been to that has sign "no guns allowed" outside their entrance on Bass Rd. This gun comment isn't an exaggeration, do stop on bye say hello. I have switched cardiologist, unfortunately you cannot get your records in a timely fashion 3 weeks is not applicable, Must allow medical records (out to lunch) to hopefully do something within the quarter, evidently multiple phone calls and faxes requesting records is a non issue with the low cost help. On a positive note, parking is quite adequate, the public library is close, and the staff do speak English.

Called for new-patient appointment; Jennifer at the scheduling answering area (on 8/14/19) was extremely rude. After she told me my preferred (referral) doc wasn't taking new patients I asked which doctors WERE and their availability. When i asked for repetition, as I was writing notes for further research of named doctors... she asked "mam, what do you want from me? You asked me the name of the doctors accepting new patients. What more do you want?!" I asked her to transfer me to an office manager and she told me no one would pick up, anyway... Then, disconnected the call. I called back twice and twice she disconnected the call. So, I'm looking for a different cardiologist with better service staff.

Patient

HORRIBLE & INCOMPETENT !!! They were supposed to set me up a heart Cath over a month & a week ago. I've had 2 heart attacks & the hospital tells me my heart isn't getting enough blood. Today after 10 minutes on hold I get a rude lady that tells me they forgot & haven't even put in the order yet, so now they have to notify the Dr Asrial to get him to do what he should have done well over a month ago. The doctor I trusted with my heart FORGOT & BLEW ME OFF !!!
