Dr SINGH and staff helped saved and lengthen my mother's life (Mrs Betty Simmons) with a life saving 3 stints placement procedure as of January 2024 Since the procedure my mother health have seen much improvement and we are very Grateful words cannot express our Gratitude for everything Dr SINGH and staff have done for our Mother God Bless Tim.George Pinkney (Orlando florida)

Currently, my mother is in Healthpark Hospital. See has been seen by nurse practitioner April McCain this morning, and Dr. Pal this evening. My 91-year-old mother, who is very active and in remarkable shape, had been having cardiac issues over the last 3 months. Will not mention the cardiologist she had been going to for years at another group, kept blaming symptoms on 2 medications, and wasn't going to see her until April. Suffering with bradycardia and severe shortness of breath, along with swelling. Their care was unacceptable. McCain and Dr. Pal have been amazing. Thorough examinations, great bedside manner, and explains condition clearly. Answers all questions and concerns. She has had tremendous improvement within 24 hrs. We are changing to LPG Cardiology for my mom's cardiac care from now on! Can't thank them enough for what they have done for my mom!

All staff are very pleasant and prompt. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes before being called back for testing or appointments. Each staff member uses good eye contact and tells you their name several times. I appreciate not having to wait for appointments!

After arriving at LPG Cariology in Ft. Myers my husband's appt was changed for the 4th time. 1st time doc went on vaca, 2nd time was half way to ft myers and was called that the doc went in to emergency surgery, 3rd time appointment was changed from 1pm to 11am so we arrived and doc had emergency surgery. While we completely appreciate that the doctor's have emergencies that they must attend to we don't appreciate that they don't have a back up plan for patients that drive long distance to see them. I was irritated and right away the woman at the front desk was very condescending to me. We came back the following day hoping my husband could be seen. He was seen but was called an idiot by the doctor when he found out that my husband is a smoker. NO we will not go back to this office!

The staff at Bass Rd Cardiology are very nice and caring. In particular, may I mention Jonathan. He makes you feel good with his genuine concern for your well-being. He appears honest and sincere and I commend him for his pleasant personality. He certainly has the abilities and skills to climb the ladder.
