Dr Truong is wonderful, thoughtful, and thorough. She spent time getting to know me as a new patient and reviewing all medical history. Her staff is great and friendly and I am so relieved to have such a intelligent and compassionate doctor. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Truong ( I use Dr. loosely) was nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. Instead of taking the time to address my mother's concerns through proper testing, she simply prescribed pill after pill, with no real effort to find the root cause of my mothers issue. When she finally did order testing, it was too late to make a difference. Her demeanor is condescending, and she seems visibly irritated when asked questions--something no patient should have to experience from their own doctor. She talks with her hands in an exaggerated manner, as if belittling the person in front of her, and has no problem demeaning her patients. Compassion and thorough care are clearly not priorities for her. Dr. Truong is part of the Millennium Group, which I strongly advise others to avoid. If you're seeking genuine medical care and a doctor who actually listens and works to improve your health, this is not the place for you. However, if you're looking for a fast track to declining health, then by all means, this is the doctor for you. Patients deserve better. Stay far away.

A Doctor Without Compassion: A Cautionary Tale It's heartbreaking when the very person entrusted with your care shows no compassion. This so-called "doctor" was condescending, dismissive, and quick to push medications without ever truly listening. She spoke with her hands in a way that was more distracting than helpful, and the moment you asked a question, she'd shut you down with the rudest response imaginable. For two years, my mother suffered from a persistent cough under her care, yet not once did she take the time to investigate. No tests, no real effort--just more prescriptions. When she finally decided to order an X-ray, it was too late. My mother had terminal cancer. If you're looking for someone to ignore warning signs, belittle your concerns, and put your life at risk, then this is the doctor for you. But if you value your health, I urge you--choose wisely. As the saying goes, buyer beware.

While Dr. Truong comes across at first as pleasant, she actually doesn't listen and is condescending. When trying to get our mom's dementia concerns addressed, she ignored our requests and continued to ask for us to make another appointment with her. There was no reason to do so as Dr. Truong appears to only want to TALK about our mom's memory and health issues and not actually DO anything about them. This was apparent after only a few appointments. She shows no genuine compassion for her patient or the patient's family trying to get help for their loved one. Don't waste your time. Find another doctor instead.

I did wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. However that was not at all off putting. The receptionist was quick to register me and take the necessary information. Valerie, her nurse took my vitals quickly she is a pleasure to work with. Dr. Truong is very thorough and compassionate. She listens well and explains everything. I did not expect her to spend the length of time with me that she did it is remarkable to have a Dr. visit where you get to see the Dr. for more than 10 minutes! Dr. Truong was not rushed and spent the time with me to make sure of the reason for my visit and to explain her recommendations. I recommend her and her office very highly.
