Ricardo Vicuna, MD

I visited today and was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Vicuna's trustworthiness, comprehensive explanations of medical conditions, and friendly staff. His scheduling system is particularly convenient for a busy team of doctors. The tests he ordered made perfect sense, and I'm grateful for his expertise.

Absolutely do not recommend. Initially lly chose this place for Dr.Vicuna after researching him. However, the day of the appt and every appt afterwards were switched to being seen by his assistant, Bret Sharf. She has terrible bedside manner, and very passive aggressive. If you want to be heard, your care to be a collaborative effort, and/or patient centered care, I do not recommend going assigning Dr. Vicuna as your cardiologist. You will only be seeing the assistant. At most, you'll see him if you're scheduled for a procedure.

Dr. Vicuna is a kind man with an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Vicuna is a superb cardiologist! It is a real pleasure to have found a doctor that takes his time to provide a thorough explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask a myriad of questions. He took his time to answer me with no rush. To me, it is important to be treated not only by a well-rounded knowledgeable doctor but also one who exhibits great care and compassion, like the case of Dr. Ricardo Vicuna. Thanks Dr. Vicuna for being such an amazing and professional doctor!

I can't even comment about the Doctor, after waiting for more than 1 hour (this was 3:40pm, my appointment was 2:30pm, which I arrived earlier as requested) I found out that I was still not the next patient in line, so I left. Terrible customer service experience. The lady at front desk said she was sorry, because he is good Doctor, but for me it starts with respecting the time of your patients.
